Refund Policy


Please double check your quantity ordered and sizes, also the shipping address. We are not responsible and won’t be able to refund you if you entered a wrong shipping address, ordered the wrong quantity and sizes.

All cancellations must be made within 12hrs of initial purchase.  You must contact us within the first 12hrs. Even if we do not respond right away, your request to cancel must be received within the first 12hrs after a purchase. 

Do to the nature our our custom products, every order is "made to order" . Your product starts manufacturing process 12 hours after you place your order, so we do not allow cancellations after 12hrs.

To edit or change your order. You have 12hrs from the time it was place. All phone cases are made to order. Production starts of your phone case 12 hours after your order. All requests after 12hrs period will be denied. 

Exchange/Refund Policy

  • NO refunds on sale items.
  • We have a 14 days free replacement for ONLY flawed or broken items.
  • If the item is flawed or broken, we would be happy to replace the item for you.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If the item is flawed or broken, and you choose to exchange it, we will provide you with the return address. And for all exchanges, we need to be notified within 14 days of delivery. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return. As soon as we receive the item we will either issue an exchange the product for another one.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We also recommend using a tracking service when returning an item.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your goods, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

If one or none is provided, you’re not eligible for the refund of damaged goods.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)


Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

We can only offer exchange.

Please know that due the nature our our custom products, every order is "made to order" which means it's printed and hand-crafted just for your order as we don't mass produce the item(s) you ordered.

In other cases, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Only the sale price of the product will be refunded back to your original source of card. Shipping and handling will not be refunded.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us with your order number and email address on our Contact Us page here.

Replacement

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Please provide the following information to be eligible for a guaranteed replacement:
A) Order Number
B) Photo(s) of Damaged Goods/Item(s)

In the event that one or none of the information is produced, you’re not eligible for any replacements.
