2. What Countries Do You Ship To?
We ship worldwide. But International shipping outside the US might take longer.
3. How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?
The time depends on the supplier, the product, the stock availability or your location.
After you submit your order, it will take us 3-7 business days to process said order. At this point, it will take between 3-4 additional weeks for domestic packages and 4-5 additional weeks for international packages.
4. How Do I Track My Order?
You should receive an email, after your order is done processing, containing a tracking number for your package.
You can track your order by visiting our Order Status page and enter your tracking number in the search box to find updates about your shipment. If you did not receive you tracking number or any updates on your order status page after 1 day please contact us so our team can take a look for you.
If you don’t receive a tracking number, first check your spam folder.
5. How do I Return/Exchange My Order?

6. How do I Cancel My Order?
If you have changed your mind after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible so that we might be able to cancel the shipment. It is not a guarantee that we can cancel your order in the even the manufacturer has started processing it. However, if the package is already sent, we do not accept returns & can't refund your order. Thank you for your understanding.
