1. How Do I Contact You If I Have Any Questions?

2. What Countries Do You Ship To?

We ship worldwide. But International shipping outside the US might take longer.

3. How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

The time depends on the supplier, the product, the stock availability or your location.

After you submit your order, it will take us 3-7 business days to process said order (in-case you need to change you shipping address, adjust your order, …etc). At this point, it will take between 10-15 additional days for domestic packages and 1-2 additional weeks for international packages. 


4. How Do I Track My Order?

You should receive an email, after your order is done processing, containing a tracking number for your package.

You can track your order by visiting our Order Status page and enter your tracking number in the search box to find updates about your shipment. If you did not receive you tracking number or any updates on your order status page after 1 day please contact us so our team can take a look for you.

If you don’t receive a tracking number, first check your spam folder.

5. How do I Return/Exchange My Order?

RETURNS

All returns must be received within 14 days for US orders and 30

days for international orders for your returns to be processed.

EXCHANGES

Not all items can be exchanged as some products may be out

of stock or discontinued. If you have questions about your

return/exchange please contact us

6. How do I Cancel My Order?

All cancellations must be made within 12hrs of initial purchase.  You must contact us within the first 12hrs, Even if we do not respond right away, your request to cancel must be received within the first 12hrs after a purchase. 

Do to the nature our our custom products, every order is "made to order" . Your product starts manufacturing process 12 hours after you place your order, so we do not allow cancellations after 12hrs.
