Shipping Policy

After you place your order, it can take a little time for our suppliers to process, usually 7-10 days. The time depends on the supplier, the product, the stock availability or your location. Next to each item, we will show you the estimated time it takes for the product to leave our supplier and arrive to you.

Once your order ship, depending on where you live, your order will usually arrive 4-6 weeks after leaving our supplier.

Note: Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur during peak periods, and due to factors outside the carriers’ control.

Ordering multiple items

When you order multiple items or place multiple orders, if there are from different suppliers, each item will be sent separately. You should expect to receive your items at different times depending on the supplier, the product or your location.

Return/Refund Policy

At Loffr, we value our customer and we are committed to you.
We can offer you amazing discounts because we don’t store inventory, saving you warehousing fees. Therefore we cannot process returns/refunds except in very limited circumstances. However we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you find something that you are not happy with, we want to do our best to find a solution. In the limited cases where we offer a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Only the sale price of the product will be refunded back to your original source of card. Shipping and handling will not be refunded.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us with your order number and email address on our Contact Us page here.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

What if my order arrived incomplete, incorrect, damaged or defective?
We’ll work to resolve the problem immediately — simply contact us with your order number and email address on our Contact Us page here for a quick response.
We might ask you to take pictures of the problems and send them to us. Thank you.

Cancellation Policy

As long as your items have not shipped and within 30 minutes of placing your order, you can request a cancellation yourself by visiting My Orders. On your orders page, click on the “Cancel” button next to the order you’d like to cancel.
