How Do I Track My Order?

You can track your order by visiting our Order Status page to find updates about your shipment. If you did not receive your tracking number or any updates on your Order Status page after 7 days, please contact us so our team can take a look for you.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

After placing your order, please allow up to 7-10 business days. The time depends on the supplier, the product, the stock availability or your location. Next to each item, we will show you the estimated time it takes for the product to leave our supplier and arrive to you. On your order ships, you will receive your order tracking number. Your order will usually arrive 4-6 weeks after leaving our supplier(s). You may also visit our Order Status page to find updates about your shipment. If you did not receive your tracking number or any updates on your Order Status page after 7 days, please contact us so our team can take a look for you.

Is My Personal Information Secure on Your Website?

Yes Absolutely! Our website uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security to encrypt your personal information. We do not store your credit card information as we use Stripe and Paypal as our payment services which are secured.

How Do I Place an Order?

  • It will take you to the Cart page. Click on the orange “Proceed to Checkout” button.
  • Once on the Checkout page, fill in your billing and shipping information and choose your method of payments “Paypal” or “Stripe” and check the “I’ve read and accept the terms and conditions”.
  • Final click on the orange button “Continue to payment”.
    Please wait while the payment is processing. You will receive a confirmation email once your payment is approved.

    Do I Need an Account to Place an Order?

    Absolutely not! You can checkout with a guest account without having to register on our website. However having an account on our website will help save you time on your current and next purchase by accessing all your orders, save payments, and shipping info.

    Do You Offer a Refund?

    At Loffr, we value our customer and we are committed to you.
    We can offer you amazing discounts because we don’t store inventory, saving you warehousing fees. Therefore we cannot process returns/refunds except in very limited circumstances. However we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you find something that you are not happy with, we want to do our best to find a solution.
